He brings MEDDPICC discipline and a focus on customer outcomes, and tends to get pulled in when a strategic account needs a turnaround or an expansion that hasn't cracked yet — whether that's a renewal rate from 60% to 91% or pushing a Costco AI pilot through to expansion.
